Richard Meffley called the annual meeting of the Membership and Board to order at 12:45 p. m.

Paul Boyd make a brief report on the financials including yearend balances in all accounts. Paul took questions from the members regarding our ability to pay the lease payments and if the player fees would need to be increased to cover the increase in monthly rent.

Richard Meffley reported on the progress of the negotiations for the new playing site, and invited members, who wish, to visit the complex and in particular the space we are hoping to occupy. Richard then took questions from the members as to why the Board decided that purchasing a playing site was no longer an option.

Richard Meffley reported that the Board voted to present the 2008 Distinguished Service Award to Kay Chrisman.

The ballots for the 2009-2010 Board Members were counted and the following members were elected to the Board:

Laura DaCosta, John Simpson, Bert Rettner, Dora Gostanian, and Doris Frazer

The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors will be January 4, 2008.
