ACBL District 22

2019 Labor Day Regional

The tournament was held at the Hilton Costa Mesa for the third year. Attendance at this year was 1,455 tables, down 168 tables from last year for a decrease of 10.4%.

Special thanks to my tireless Co-Chair Lamya Agelidis, Director-in-Charge McKenzie Myers and his staff, Speakers and I/N Program Chair Marjorie Michelin and her articulate speakers, Caddy Master Marie-France Benoit and her caddies, Partnership Chair Art Linderman, Hospitality Chair Lucia Teulecke and Awards Chair Subba Ravipudi and his volunteers.

The commemorative tribute trophy for the exemplary expert and teacher, Chris Larsen, is awarded to the player who wins the most master points at the tournament each year. Congratulations to this year’s recipient, Mark Itabashi, who won 135 master points.

The NAP winners for each flight will be reported on this website and in the October Forum. Congratulations to all!

Our next Regional with be the Ventura Halloween Regional and will be held at the newly renovated Ventura Beach Marriott Hotel October 28th through November 3rd. We hope to see you all there!
